If you want to follow along in my 30 day challenge be sure to check out the 30 Days to Peace: How to Minimize Strife & Enjoy Your Life.
This 30 Days to Peace series has been difficult for me to be honest, it began out of a storm but I’ve learned a lot along the way. As we are nearing the end of the series I’ve been thinking back over the posts and realizing that, little by little, things have begun to change.
My situation has not changed dramatically, as seasons do not change dramatically. It begins little by little, warming up a bit for one day here and one day there, then becoming increasingly warm for a few days in a row. Soon the grass will begin to change and new life will spring forth in the ground.
I can feel change coming and it is good.
This series has taught me a lot about seeking peace even in situations where peace seems nearly impossible. It has been a struggle, I’ll admit that, but I can see God working and moving in my life and I pray you see the same.
I took the picture above a few days ago and have thought about it a lot. In the picture, everything looks dead and cold but, then there is the sun. Even though your situation might seem hopeless and without life, the sun is shinning through and where there is the sun, you know there is life. The seasons are about to change, my friends, I can feel it.
“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven…” Ecclesiastes 3:1
